Thus,no State may set the minnimum age for voting in any election at more than 18.

College graduates vote for Republicans in higher percentages than do high-school graduates; and high-school vote Republican more ofter than do those who have gone throug grade school.

5. Explain voter apathy and what can be done to help it:  We need to increase the amount and sophistication of civic edutation in our homes and schools. We must also develop policies that address the central concerns of the electorate, while realiging and strengthening the two-party system.. it is important for us to instill in our young people a sense of values that emphasizs somthing larger than its self

6. Explain the qualifications for registering to vote: You must be 18 years old or older to vote. Is to procedure of voter identifcation intended to prevent fraudulent voting.It gives election officials a list of theose persons who are qualified to vote in an election.
